Based on their best selling Arké range, the Genius spiral staircase goes a step further, introducing innovative and stylish design features together with a range of finishes that take the kit stair into another realm. Since its introduction the Genius has become the bench mark kit stair for applications like loft stairs,balcony staircases or domestic secondary spiral stairs. It offers luxury at an affordable price, that other manufacturers have since tried to copy, but in our opinion the Genius has not been matched.

The Genius is a modular kit stair with solid beech hardwood treads and handrail, together with powder coated steel centre pole and balusters. Unlike the more basic kit stairs which are supplied in a minimum 13 tread kit, the Genius can be ordered with the correct number of treads to suit your height. This can make cost savings for lower stair heights.

The Genius spiral stair range offers a choice of

• Heights up to 4500mm. The system allows for on site height adjustment using centre pole spacers.
• 6 diameters: 1100mm, 1200mm, 1300mm, 1400mm, 1500mm & 1600mm.
• 3 landings: triangular, trapeziodal or round.
• Round or square spirals (ideal for corner situations, but discuss square spirals with us first)
• 5 different beech tread colours: light walnut, blond walnut, dark walnut, cherry and natural unsealed beech for self staining
• 4 steel colours: silver, white, bronze and chrome
• 2 balustrade systems: square balusters or wrap around stainless steel wire, both with solid wood handrails.
• 2 matching landing balustrade systems to surround the stairwell, suitable for round or rectangular openings and balconies etc.
• Optional riser bars to close the gap between open treads to less than 100mm to comply with the Building Regulations

You can mix and match the options to create a superb luxury stair to suit your own design requirements.

As each stair is priced to suit your requirements there is no published price list, but a typical typical Genius spiral will cost in the range of £2000 - £3000 (€2200 - €3250) but please contact us for an accurate quotation.

Delivery takes approx 2-3 from order.

As with all international stair kits, care has to be taken to choose a design that meets the UK or R.O.I. regulations. We strongly recommend that you contact us as early as possible, for friendly expert advice on your proposed stair. After discussion on your requirements, we will produce and supply design drawings, and advise you on all aspects of your stair project.
